Job Description
Overall Job Purpose
To develop new sponsors or partners across all distribution channel focusing on nontraditional partnership both digital and analog which includes prospecting up to onboarding and implementation.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage sponsor pipelines on sectors identified to achieve agreed new business and revenue targets.
- Develop compelling proposals with relevant solutioning by segments, journeys in the relevant context of the industry meeting prospective partner’s Core Business Objectives
- Working together with internal stakeholders to coordinate said proposals which includes customer journey from purchase, servicing and engagement in a seamless manner
- Building enabler working with product and IT to support the technology integration with partners to ensure a convenient and seamless product offering and customer experience
- Manage end to end onboarding of new partners which includes marketing agreement, business case and project plan structure to ensure timely and effective implementation of agreed plans
- Communicate on market trends and competition.
- Preparation of yearly annual budget and agreed financial performance targets Ad-hoc functions as and when required.
What we’re looking for: Requirement
- Tertiary education with 5 + years working experience primarily on new account acquisition
- Business Development proven experience with exposure to all distribution channel primarily on digital
- Good presentation skill in developing proposals with negotiating and organizational skill
- Understanding of customer segment, journeys and sales approach in developing creative partnership
- Excellent oral and written communication with ability to deal effectively with people
- Self-motivated, Go Getter & Confident
