The Administrative Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management. This role involves a variety of tasks including calendar management, correspondence, data entry, and project coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage and maintain the executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Communication: Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to the appropriate department or individual.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.

  • Document Management: Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

  • Project Assistance: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.

  • Office Management: Organize and maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment.

  • Data Entry and Filing: Maintain accurate records and databases; file and retrieve documents as needed.

  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate internal and external events, including business trips, meetings, and company functions.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.


Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably with experience supporting senior management.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
