Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Contact at least 30 customers per day to educate and discuss how our technology can fulfill their needs
- Manage, update and actively work a database of hundreds of customer leads ins Salesforce
- Consistently follow up with patients and move them through a sales funnel
- Reach a defined sales quota on a monthly basis
- Analyze and update leads
- Learn and stay up to date on our technology and competitive options
- Database analysis and reports generation to improve processes
- Remotely sell Medtronic's products to patients within an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Understand the reimbursement pathway for patients and assist them in getting coverage
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems
- Arrange demonstration of products by field sales representatives or do remote demos
- Collaborate with local field times and with consistent pipeline reviews
- Assist the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up
- Create and send weekly reports to your territory partners on productivity and results
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or healthcare
- Two years of experience with data analysis and business improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer service oriented, data driven, solutions and results oriented
- Advanced level of excel and Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in a call center being on the phone with customers most of the day, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce and in commercial teams is advantageous
