Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing agency. In this position, you’ll be the linchpin that connects our diverse marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across multiple B2B SaaS clients. You’ll work closely with our team lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage project timelines, and coordinate efforts across various channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive deep into the world of B2B SaaS marketing, honing your skills in project management while contributing to the success of cutting-edge tech startups.

Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries, with a focus on executing tactical marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated tactical marketing expertise, including:
- Proficiency in utilizing specific tools:
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Project Management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Required hard skills:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) implementation.
- Content creation and distribution across various digital channels.
- Email marketing campaign development and execution.
- Social media strategy development and execution.
- Data analysis and reporting using marketing analytics tools.
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) knowledge.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) implementation.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS landscape and current marketing trends.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the fast-paced environment of a growing agency.
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
