A leading financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe, headquartered in Hungary, offering a full range of retail and corporate banking services.
📍 Location: Podgorica, Montenegro
🏢 Office Attendance: Hybrid Model: 12 office days per month (flexible schedule: grouped in blocks or 3 times a week)
⏳ Duration: Long-term (12+ months)
💼 Working Mode: Full-time, B2B Contract

🔹 Camunda Developer – Hybrid Model (Montenegro-Based Candidates Only)
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BPMN-based workflows using Camunda
Automate business processes and optimize banking operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement workflow solutions
Ensure seamless integration of Camunda BPMN processes with other banking systems
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of BPMN workflows
✅ Requirements:
✔ 3-4+ years of experience in a relevant position
✔ Strong expertise in Camunda BPMN and business process automation
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
✔ Fluent English (verbal & written)
✔ Ability to work independently, systematically, and proactively
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
