Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our company. This role can be performed full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding product information, order status, technical support, or general inquiries.

  • Resolve Complaints: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, and work to find effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Process Orders and Returns: Assist with processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring that all relevant information is captured accurately.

  • Provide Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products/services and use this knowledge to assist customers effectively.

  • Update Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked.

  • Follow-up: Perform follow-up communications with customers to ensure issues are resolved, and their needs are met.

  • Maintain Positive Attitude: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude in every customer interaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to stay calm and effective in stressful situations.

  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (for part-time positions).

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of specific industry products or services (if applicable).

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time: [Insert Hours, e.g., Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM]
