Our Key Accounts team is part of the customer success and manages the entire post-sales cycle. You will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with a high-value portfolio for Booksy. You will do the onboarding with them to set up the profile, and you will also be the support to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also have close daily and personalized direct contact, proactive account follow-up, focus on face-to-face visits and activation, account growth, and presence at trade shows or events.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Key Account management, or similar roles.
  • You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and speaking skills.
  • You are meticulous and organized, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of our clients and our team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
  • Fluency in Spanish because you will be working with Key accounts in the local market.
