Reporting the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Operations, the Customer Success Operations Program Manager ensures key programs and projects associated with the Customer Success and Support (CS&S) organization’s priorities and strategy are executed. This role works across the CS&S organizations and with the larger business to understand initiative progress, challenges, roadblocks and issues that my delay or inhibit key projects being executed. The role provides regular communication and updates on the status of initiatives and outlines risks and opportunities with key stakeholders.

- Lead and manage key initiatives and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Monitor project risks and escalate critical issues to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks
- Develop documentation, workflows, and tracking processes
- Drive automation and process optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Communicate to key stakeholders, program progress and updates
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- 7+ years of business experience, in the SaaS industry ideally in a GTM role
- 3+ years of direct experience in Customer Operations, Program Management, or project management
- Superior project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional and complex projects
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with CS tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to represent complex data visually
- Experience in process improvement methodologies
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
