Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the maintenance and continuous improvement of a comprehensive industrial property database, ensuring it remains a goldmine of up-to-date market intelligence
  • Conduct in-depth research to track and update critical information on property ownership changes, tenant movements, and market trends
  • Utilize your investigative skills to uncover hard-to-find contact information for property owners and tenants, expanding our client’s network of potential leads
  • Implement and maintain rigorous data quality controls to ensure the utmost accuracy and reliability of the property database
  • Collaborate with the broker to identify emerging patterns and insights from the database that could lead to new business opportunities
  • Assist in generating reports and visualizations that transform raw data into actionable intelligence for client presentations and market analysis


Requirements


  • Proven experience in database management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining data integrity
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly ACT, with a willingness to quickly master new platforms like Buildout
  • Exceptional research skills with the ability to find and verify information from various sources
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate terminology, especially related to industrial properties (preferred but not required - we’re willing to train the right candidate)
  • Commitment to confidentiality and protecting sensitive property and client information
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time roles, with flexibility to increase hours as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and occasional liaison with the broker
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving real estate environment
