This position exists to support the company's growth by managing both creative content and administrative operations. The role will help streamline internal processes, enhance digital presence through social media management, and maintain organized systems for creative assets while handling essential administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and travel arrangements.
The Impact you’ll make
Digital Content Management- Create and organize fashion-focused social media content using Later
- Design and maintain mood boards and design briefs for garment collections
- Develop visually appealing presentations using Google Slides and Canva
- Handle basic bookkeeping and transition to QuickBooks
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Build and maintain efficient Notion workspaces for project management
- Manage photo libraries of garment collections using Apple Photos and Google Photos
- Create and maintain fashion reference databases
- Organize and track potential collaborator information (photographers, models)
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems for garment manufacturing
- Create and optimize workflows using Notion as the primary organization tool
- Organize and track project timelines
- Establish systematic approaches for fashion industry collaborations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proven experience with digital content creation and management
- Strong proficiency in Notion for workspace organization and management
- Proficiency in specified software (Canva, Later, Google Workspace)
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Advanced Notion workspace management

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM (UK/Lisbon Time)
- Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
- 20 hours per week
- $7 per hour
