Aryaka is a leader in cloud-first networking and security, delivering SASE and managed security solutions to enterprises worldwide. We are seeking a Director of FP&A to drive financial planning, optimize resource allocation, and provide strategic insights that support our continued growth.
Reporting to the CFO, this role will leadenterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, ensuring our investments align with key business objectives. You will partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, optimize cash flow, and drive financial discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO & CFO to develop and execute financial strategies that support Aryaka’s business objectives.
- Lead FP&A planning & forecasting, providing actionable insights on revenue, margins, and capital allocation.
- Develop financial models and analytics to evaluate new revenue streams, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 Financial Analysts, driving performance and analytical excellence.
- Enhance financial systems (NetSuite, Planful) to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy.
- Present key insights to executives, board members, and investors, influencing strategic decisions.
Experience:
- 10+ years in FP&A leadership in cloud, SaaS, security, or enterprise networking.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Experience with SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, or security-based managed services preferred.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, BI Tools).
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and executive influence skills.
