The RoleAs an Events Coordinator at Influur, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and post-event reporting of client-facing events. Working closely under the Events Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of event production—from sourcing vendors to creating timelines and presentations. You will support the development of activations in LATAM, ensuring unique and engaging experiences for our community of influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organizing, and executing a variety of client-facing events from start to finish.
- Source, negotiate, and contract with vendors, ensuring all services are aligned with the event's goals and budget.
- Oversee event logistics and production, ensuring smooth on-site operations.
- Develop detailed event timelines and create impactful event presentations that align with client goals.
- Work with the team to deliver creative and unique experiences for influencers and brand communities.
- Assist with the production of influencer activations in the LATAM region, providing support for localized events and campaigns.
- Help track event performance and deliver post-event reporting to clients.
Desired Background
- 2+ years of proven experience in event planning and production, ideally within the influencer marketing or entertainment industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (both written and spoken).
- Strong strategic approach to event planning with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding and knowledge of LATAM influencer trends is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, based on event needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
