Hourly Wage: $6 - $10+ (Open to negotiation based on experience)

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help fuel our marketing efforts through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and more. As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Lago, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Confident writing content as well as planning and scheduling posts.
• Analyze user data to identify trends, behavior patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Create and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies.
• Experiment with new marketing tactics and technologies to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong written skills.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
