Job Description
The Home-Based Data Analyst will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for data file processing, file validation, customer reporting, and client interface as needed on team calls with the client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. You will work closely with the Client Success Manager and Account Executives to maintain overall external and internal accountability for data accuracy and ensure the deadlines, and key performance indicators are met.

Daily Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities are essential in the daily execution of the position:
Efficiently manage and analyze large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Identify trends and derive actionable insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Generate and maintainaccurate inventory reports, ensuring they are aligned with business needs.
Develop and optimize pivot tables, macros, and other advanced functions in Excel to enhance reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and report key performance metrics for sales operations.
Maintain and update data across Excel, NetSuite, and Shopify systems; prior experience with these platforms is highly preferred.

Job Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with expertise in pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
Experience with NetSuite and Shopify is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform large datasets into actionable insights.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
