Description
We are looking for an Influencer Coordinator to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. This is a part-time position where you’ll work directly under the Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our campaigns by sourcing and tracking top influencers on TikTok. If you're passionate about TikTok trends, influencer marketing, and love finding exciting new talent, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and find potential influencers on TikTok who align with our brand values.
- Track influencer performance and report on key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of influencer leads and communicate outreach details to the team.
- Assist with influencer outreach through DMs and communication to onboard influencers for campaigns.
- Support with influencer contract tracking and follow-up to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze results of campaigns, offering insights and suggestions to optimize future efforts.
- Keep up with trending TikTok hashtags, content formats, and influencer styles to identify new leads.
Requirements
- 2-4 years influencer outreach experience - Must
- Native English - Must
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and algorithm.
- Affinity to jewelry and fashion
- Online shopping addict
- Proven experience working with US influencers market and keeping up with social trends
- Passion for finding and engaging with influencers on TikTok.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on results effectively.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or social media outreach is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and via Instagram DM and via email.
