We are currently searching for a LeadSolution Architect:

Responsibilities:

• Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise for complex and innovative solutions.
• Develop end-to-end technical solutions aligned with strategic and enterprise technology goals.
• Collaborate continuously with stakeholders to meet business requirements, ensuring considerations for product costs, data privacy, business continuity, security, and system integration.
• Assess vendor products, understand delivery models, and support implementation.
• Work across multiple projects, setting architectural direction, building consensus, and providing technical leadership.
• Lead Agile sprints as a product owner and mentor technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, global guidelines, and usability experience principles.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, and key decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design reusable and repeatable IP and artifacts.

Requirements:

• Expert understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices.
• Strong ability to adopt and integrate new technologies while adhering to security and industry standards.
• Proficiency in cloud computing, data technologies, and emerging cloud trends.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Background in modern application design and development.
• Proven ability to communicate solutions effectively to business stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to operate in global, distributed teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Experience:

• Extensive experience in cloud architecture using Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services.
• Expertise in Azure Microservices, Functions, Logic Apps, and Web/Digital services.
• Strong background in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL for analytics platform development.
• Experience with Generative AI, particularly text-based models, and familiarity with RAG search implementations using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Exposure to Adobe PDF solutions and Azure Cognitive Search is a plus.
• Experience in designing mission-critical technology components with disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
• Expertise in multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.

Experience:

• 15+ years of IT industry experience in architecture and solution design.

Languages:

• Advanced oral English.
• Native Spanish.
