We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedMarketing Analytics Reporting Analystto develop and maintain robust data reporting solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Looker and SQL to create interactive dashboards, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

This role will allow you to impact operations worldwide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering success across diverse markets and platforms.
Key Areas of Accountability
1. Data Reporting Dashboard Development
Develop and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards usingLooker and SQL.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources.
Document reporting processes and establish best practices for data visualization.
2. Marketing Data Analysis Insights
Analyze marketing data to identifytrends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create ad hoc queries and custom reports to address specific marketing questions.
Present insights and actionable recommendations tomarketing leadership.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business objectives.
Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs).
Support management of themedia budget and accounting process.
4. Performance Monitoring Strategic Support
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize spend and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain dashboards to providereal-time insights for strategic decision-making.
Assist leadership in identifying trends that drive business impact.
Qualifications
3+ years of experiencein data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Looker and SQLfor data extraction, visualization, and reporting.
Strong understanding ofmarketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer behavior analytics.
Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
Preferred Requirements
Experience ineCommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail analytics.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
