Job Description for Lead Routing and Administrative Assistant
Scope
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Devnver, CO time with an hour unpaid break
- Handle all inbound leads for the agency’s various marketing specialties
- Manage scheduling for multiple sales team members across different time zones
- Operate within the company’s established lead routing framework
- Contribute to the efficiency of the sales process by ensuring timely lead handling
- Adapt to varying workloads based on inbound lead volume
Responsibilities
- Manage and route inbound leads received via email
- Apply basic lead routing logic to ensure inquiries reach the appropriate sales team specialists
- Set up initial calls between sales team members and potential clients
- Maintain a prompt response time, including some weekend coverage
- Organize and manage the sales team’s scheduling for client calls
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the lead management process
Requirements
- Excellent email management and communication skills
- Basic understanding of lead routing concepts
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule including some weekend hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
