We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Paralegal to support complex legal proceedings in the Indiana Northern District Court. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal memoranda, and preparing rough draft motions while adhering to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Indiana Northern District Court Local Rules.
This role requires full-time dedication to a single, high-stakes case spanning multiple legal forums, including Indiana Northern District Court, Indiana Southern District Court, the NLRB adjudication forums, and Indiana State Court processes.
Salary - $1500pm

Requirements
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros cons involved in this industry).
- Proven Experience: Prior experience drafting motions and legal memoranda for federal court cases is required.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and (nice to have) Indiana Northern District Court Local Rules.
- Legal Research: Proficiency with Westlaw (or equivalent legal research tools) to ensure citation accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to track case details across multiple legal forums without errors.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital collaboration tools and AI-assisted workflows (without overreliance).
- Discretion Confidentiality: Must strictly adhere to attorney-client privilege and confidentiality instructions.
