Don’t just be another engineer—own the end-to-end architecture. You’ll design, build, and scale multi-platform solutions that address real-world challenges and yield measurable business outcomes. Lead Manage Development Teams

As a Principal Architect, you won’t just design solutions; you’ll also guide and mentor a cross-functional development team. You’ll oversee day-to-day development activities, drive the design, development, and POC efforts across Frontend and Backend in AWS, and lead Salesforce integrations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across AWS, AI, and Salesforce, ensuring coding best practices, fostering a collaborative environment, and playing a crucial role in driving both technical excellence and professional growth among your team members

Drive Full Product Lifecycle

You’ll be accountable for delivering and overseeing products from ideation to market release—and beyond. This includes everything from architecture design to customer implementation strategies. You’ll bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business viability, ensuring each product launch is smooth, scalable, and impactful.

Embrace AI Wisely

Use AI capabilities—such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, or generative models—to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and elevate user experiences. You’ll know how and when to deploy these tools, always mindful of data integrity, security, and practical ROI.

Requirements

Multi-Platform Architecture Mastery

• Proven Track Record: You’ve led large-scale AWS implementations and have experience with other cloud or on-prem solutions for at least 4+ years. You understand microservices, observabilities, scalability, serverless patterns, and event-driven architectures.
• AI Product Experience: You’ve incorporated Agentic capabilities into production systems on AWS (LLM LLM based Agents, Bedrock, etc.). You can discuss real-world use cases and lessons learned.
• Salesforce Knowledge (Plus): Working knowledge with Salesforce fundamentals, salesforce microservice design development, data modeling, or integration patterns is a bonus that helps in bridging cross-platform solutions.
• Seamless Integration and observability: 4+ years of experience in integration best practices, API management, and seamless data exchange across platforms, including CPQ, CLM, and Billing. Proficient in observability, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability and scalability. Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) for efficient development and operations.""
• Programming Skillset – Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend services and Vue.js for scalable front-end development for multi-platform enterprise applications.

Leadership Team Management

• 5+ Years Leading Teams: You’ve managed designers, developers, QA engineers, or DevOps specialists, guiding them through challenging build cycles while maintaining high morale and productivity.
• Mentorship Growth: You excel at coaching team members—spotting potential, providing feedback, and creating pathways for professional development.

Product Delivery Oversight

• End-to-End Lifecycle: Experience delivering products from concept, architecture, and development to customer implementation and post-launch support.
• Stakeholder Communication: Able to translate complex technical details for business leaders, clients, and non-technical stakeholders—ensuring clarity on timelines, scope, and trade-offs.

Integration DevOps Excellence

• AWS Tooling: Skilled in services such as API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, Elastic Bean stalk based application, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, and AWS based CI/CD pipelines.
• Interoperability: Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and multiple data storage solutions across no SQL DB.
