Project Engineer

Job Responsibilites

• Maintaining product structures from conception through production using company’s PLM system
• Coordinating with stake holders to manage release process of Product option changes
• Initiating Business process changes, continuous improvement process regarding Product Structure and Engineering Change with the goal of improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Executing Engineering Change Management like processing & reviewing Change Orders
• Performing documentation requirement for all parts/assemblies to be included in the Engineering Change package to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to change control policies & procedures and design drafting standards

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Production / Industrial engineering with 2 -4 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of Experience in Executing Engineering Change Management like writing Change Orders (CO), reviewing the Change Orders
• Experience in creating Product Options
• Problem solving & decision-making proficiency - Collaborating with stake holders to drive solution
• Hands-on Experience in Creating and managing Bill of material (BoM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge on Inventory control
• Exposure to Semi-conductor industry related Engineering activities
• Excellent working knowledge on MS office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Exposure on writing Excel Macros

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
