Project Manager in Sales Processing

Now we are looking for a Project Manager to our Sales Processing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone skilled in optimizing, managing and establishing processes to ensure effective sales.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Improving, managing and setting up processes for the sales team to ensure effective sales
• Monitoring and analyzing existing sales operations to detect delays or errors and take corrective actions
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand their needs and requirements and to provide timely support for team members
• Driving the integration and maintenance of CRM and other tools, improving data management, customer tracking, and reporting capabilities
• Communicating the insights to relevant stakeholders to promote strategic decision-making and foster continuous improvement

About You:

• Solid experience in project management, preferably in sales operations or sales process optimization
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales automation tools
• Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and present them to sales and leadership teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional communication abilities in both verbal and written forms
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
