Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize hiring needs based on business and workforce planning.
- Track and expand recruitment channels while optimizing the hiring process.
- Develop and execute talent search strategies, screening and evaluating candidate suitability.
- Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up on recruitment results and process feedback.
- Collect talent market insights, including competitor talent information and targeted talent sourcing.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
- Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more.
- English proficiency for work; overseas recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with international labor laws is a plus.
- Strong sense of professional ethics and teamwork.
- Proactive, communicative, and able to work under pressure.

- 收集市场人才信息，包括竞争对手信息，定向人才挖掘。
岗位要求：
- 优秀院校本科或者研究生在校学生，能立即到岗优先。
- 可以稳定实习3个月以上，能够保证6个月以上实习者优先。
- 英语可以作为工作语言，有过海外招聘经验优先，熟悉海外法律法规加分。
- 良好的职业道德和职业操守，良好的团队合作意识。
- 为人热情、主动，善于沟通，抗压能力强。
