  • Sales or customer service experience highly preferred; Possess a competitive drive
  • Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
  • Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
  • Provide support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
