Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily warm sales outreach utilizing our extensive membership database
  • Assessing the financial requirements of our members and effectively communicating the significance and advantages of supplemental benefits products
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure member retention
  • Maintaining continuous communication with members during the application process, offering updates, resolving any inquiries, and providing necessary support
  • Offering continued assistance post-policy implementation, including policy evaluations, beneficiary modifications, and claims support
  • Complying with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines related to the sale and management of life insurance policies.
