SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance Consultant

Are you an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP PM to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in full-cycle implementations, support/operations projects, and system configuration to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance activities using SAP PM, including configuration, implementation, and process optimization.
• Work order management, equipment management, preventive & predictive maintenance.
• Integrate with SAP-MM/FI/PP and other modules for seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve priority tickets within SLA, providing workarounds to minimize business impact.
• Conduct workshops, design functional specifications, and drive system enhancements.
• Develop training materials and user manuals while providing hands-on training.
• Work with Agile methodologies, identifying risks/issues and collaborating with Scrum Masters & RTEs.
• Lead SAP-PM implementation and support projects, acting as an SME and mentor to junior members.

Requirements

• Strong experience in equipment & asset management, preventive & predictive maintenance, work order processing.
• Proficiency in inventory management, material master, purchase orders (POs), info records, GR, and transfer postings.
• Hands-on knowledge of ADO navigation, business process mapping, and system enhancement proposals.
• Extensive experience in SAP cross-module collaboration, ensuring seamless integration across different business functions.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on maintenance, operations, support projects, and weekend/OOH support as needed.
