To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - from drafting job descriptions and publishing job ads to screening applications, conducting individual or group interviews, administering assessments, and evaluating post-interview profiles.
- Oversee candidate experience - providing timely feedback, negotiating and formalizing job offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Sourcing & talent mapping - actively identify and engage potential candidates through direct search on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Vendor management - assess the need for external recruitment agencies for niche roles, negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and evaluate shared profiles.
- Drive continuous improvement - implement best practices in recruitment and selection, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employer branding strategy - Contribute to a group-wide employer branding strategy, identifying the best talent attraction initiatives and allocating resources effectively.
- University partnerships - establish and maintain relationships with universities and business schools, organizing recruitment events, on-site visits, and employer branding initiatives.
- Engagement & events - represent the company at career fairs, recruitment days, and networking events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
You're the perfect fit if:
- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on R&D hiring (Tech, Product & Design).
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or a related field.
- Strong expertise in candidate selection methods and full-cycle recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills - comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for building great teams.
