Job Highlights:


Contract: Independent Contractor
Scope:
  • Monday to Friday anytime between 8 AM to 5 PM Oak Creek, Wisconsin Time (10 PM - 7 AM PHT) (20 hours per week)
  • Oversee social media and email marketing for three photography brands, ensuringstrategic alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Plan, develop, and managecontent calendarsto maintain a steady flow of high-quality posts and campaigns.
  • Engage with communities across platforms, fostering meaningful connections.
  • Provide detailed growth and engagementreports with insights and recommendationsfor optimization.
Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage social media accountsfor three distinct photography brands
  • Develop and implement content strategiesto grow engagement, align with brand goals, and resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and schedule compelling, on-brand contentacross social media platforms, showcasing each brand’s unique identity.
  • Design and execute innovativeemail marketing campaignsto nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report onkey performance metricsto refine strategies and improve results.
  • Proactivelybrainstorm and execute creative campaignsto drive growth and engagement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the team on branding and messaging, while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on using analytic tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Candidate should have a solid grasp of interpreting data to drive decision-making and improve engagement across platforms
  • Exceptionalcritical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and email marketing software
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independentlyand manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in creating and interpretinganalytics reportsto measure performance and guide decisions.
