Your Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation Anywhere bots for various banking processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure bots meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Monitor and maintain deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to integrate automation solutions.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices.

Must-have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere development.
- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, process automation, and bot development.
- Experience integrating Automation Anywhere with enterprise applications and databases.
- Knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and security standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in .Net, Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
