The Solution Advisor role will be responsible for leading pursuit of specific opportunities set up by Revenue Operations with research and actionable intel to make pursuit decisions to win the business and help clients. Additionally, the Solution Advisor will also have the authority and relationship with sales and marketing to act as service/product managers. Essentially, there will be “plays” that can be run and there will be a Solution Advisor playbook.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead pursuit of specific opportunities set up by Revenue Operations with research and actionable intel to make pursuit decisions to win the business and help clients.
- Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Deploy data and research to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as needed.

EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years’ experience to include leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field required.
- MBA or other graduate-level degree preferred.
