Responsibilities:
Business Process Optimization: Leverage expertise in SaaS and product-led growth strategies to design and implement scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes.
Data Driven Insights: Ensure well-governed processes produce actionable data for advanced analytics, improved reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Operational Impact: Evaluate the operational implications of strategic decisions on products and customer outcomes, providing data-driven recommendations to the Business Technology Product teams. Deliver efficient, scalable solutions to enhance both customer and employee experiences.
Process Strategy and Integration: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of business operations and M&A integrations, ensuring seamless alignment of business and technology functions
Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership team to drive alignment and ensure operational changes support company-wide objectives
Governance & Change Management: Develop and enforce governance frameworks, driving critical cross-functional decisions to balance business needs with operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in business process architecture and business transformation for SaaS and product led growth organizations; experience with Salesforce and M&A post-merger integrations strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives with a strong, confident leadership style.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong, assertive, and confident decision-maker, capable of handling challenging conversations and ensuring alignment across teams with varied perspectives.
Decision & Design Skills:
Expertise in business process design, process re-engineering, and change management.
Demonstrated ability to make high-stakes decisions and provide authoritative guidance across departments.
Proficient in process governance, data quality, and process automation.
Strong understanding of SaaS and PLG business models
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when handling confidential information.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000 - $300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
