Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Remote Consultations: Meet with clients virtually to discuss their financial goals, assess needs, and provide recommendations. Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs with clarity and professionalism.
• Provide Ongoing Customer Service: Address policyholder inquiries, assist with policy updates, and guide clients through claims processes.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Regularly follow up with clients to review their needs, update policies, and ensure continuous support.
• Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication with active listening abilities.
• Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with digital tools, applications, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
