RemoteSpace Static IP Binding Guide!

Introduction

Learn how to bind a Static IP to your RemoteSpace workspace to improve network stability and enhance account security. Available for platform subscription plan users, with detailed steps and important notes.

Detail

RemoteSpace now supports Static IP binding, available exclusively for users with platform subscription plans. Binding a Static IP not only significantly enhances network stability but also strengthens account security.

How to configure a static IP for your workspace

  1. Access your RemoteSpace workspace and click on "Create New Space".

2.Fill in the space name, region, and IP type (Static IP or Dynamic IP). Once the region and IP type are selected, they cannot be changed, so please proceed with caution.

3.After filling in the information, click Save. If you choose Static IP, you can view the allocated IP address by clicking on the card at the bottom after creation.

Notes:

IP type cannot be changed once selected. If your use case requires a fixed IP, please carefully select the IP type during the workspace creation.

Existing workspaces cannot change their IP type.

If your subscription expires and you cancel auto-renewal, the Static IP will be released after the current cycle ends. After renewing your subscription, a new Static IP will be allocated.
